How to enquire, confirm a visit and prepare for the day.
Choose your learning environment, explore the available experiences and submit a booking enquiry through our website. We will confirm the session requirements and proposed schedule with you.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive:
How sessions are priced and how invoices are paid.
No. We generally charge according to the number of sessions required during our visit, rather than a per-child fee. Depending on your group sizes, this might be one, two or even six sessions.
We usually send an invoice approximately one month before the event. Our service is generally prepaid.
If your organisation has payment restrictions, we can discuss payment on the day or during the week of the event.
Payment is usually made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), using the BSB and account number shown on the invoice. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we can send you a payment link.
Our approach to rescheduling, cancellation and refunds.
No worries. We encourage rescheduling where possible. If you reschedule, we can retain your payment for the new date.
If you cancel without intending to rebook, we return the full amount paid.
We make every effort to explain the experience in advance so you know what to expect. Under our stated policy, we do not ordinarily provide a refund solely because a customer is dissatisfied with the experience.
This is separate from our cancellation policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
We may consider a partial refund for stand-alone incursions if the invoice has already been paid and your child numbers drop significantly. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances.
